In one case I obtained order from the ld. Trial Court for removal the vehicle from black list.

1. Did you have released the car from court with due procedure of law. 2. You have to submit released car documents to SDM or RTO office.

Dear Sir, You may get delete hypothecation remarks from the RTO office. So visit the RTO office physically and convince the concerned of RTO office in order to get the hypothecation tag removed.

Dear Sir, If Criminal case is not disposed off then the records of RTO office will reflect the same shara. You may get delete HP (Hypothecation) remarks from the RTO office it yourself or any of your friend visit RTO office physically. As it is complicated so you have to convince the concerned of RTO office.
