Cross Default

Party A has taken loan from Party B and Party C. For Party B and C to have the benefit of importing a cross default from the other party's loan document is it necessary that both the lenders should have the cross default provision in their respective loan documents to enable the other person to import a default or whichever party has the cross default provision can enjoy the benefit of importing default from the other party's loan document irrespective of whether the other party has the cross default provision in its own loan document or no?
