DOB Fraud

When I was given admission to nursery, my father created a false dob certificate because of the age restriction put on schools in Delhi at that time. The fake dob deferred from the real one by two months only. Subsequently, my father made my passport on my original dob. Now it has become an issue for me as I have to bear the repercussions of my father's mistake for my whole life. It is restricting opportunities for me. I have a pending DOB change request with passport office which demands proof of birth. But both my birth certificates are valid according to mcd so I cannot go down that road. I would like to do something about it no matter the cost. Is it possible to get all the documents (cbse, passport, aadhar) on one dob and surrender the other dob all together.
