There is a missing link in the proposition itself. If the Power of Attorney was revoked prior to the Agreement between B and C. Then the Agreements between B and C is null and void but if the Attorney was revoked after the agreement then the act Between B and C is legal and valid. I hope that I have made you understand amply.
