Ekhata Application Process And Rectification Deed

I recently went to for updating the e-khata number on the sale dead via rectification deed. After doing everything, I did notice that at the back of the rectification Deed where the sub-registrar office people print the photo and thumbprint there was a spelling mistake [i.e instead of S/o it was D/o] ex : Mr. MyName D/o MyFather name instead of Mr. MyName S/o MyFather name. My name and father's name both are correct but the relationship title is changed. Although in the same rectification deed stamp page its clear mentioned as Mr.MyName S/o MyFatherName with age and address details with my Aadhaar card number. Now I have to apply for ekhata and title has been updated wrongly in the system. If I apply for ekhata from panchayat will this wrong information be cascaded to my ekhata transfer document? Do I need to fix this rectification deed issue first and then apply for it? Or if they will take the information from the front of the actual stamp paper instead of back
