My sister is having some data entry form fill ups work and the company name is a phantom tech hub. she is able to do the work but somehow there are some issues with the internet and multiple login is happened so now the company is harassing my sister and demands the money

It is a Cyber Crime and has to be tackled specifically. You need to file a Complaint with the local Cyber Cell of Of Police and get an FIR Registered against the Company.
