Graduation and caste certificate related

Question

I belong to the general category but in b.sc third year, I used a temporary OBC certificate and saved third year fees which were 8000. Now my question is, if I got a govt job then someone wants to file a case against me because of this matter then plz tell me, is this a legal or criminal issue and what is the maximum punishment for that.

Have you cleared your graduation? If yes, keep this matter strictly to yourself and never disclose it. As the records would be with the Institution and not with any other public Authority.
