My name is Ayush Grover. I am from Firozabad(40kms from Agra) U.P. I passed my CBSE class 10th from Firozabad in 2017. My Correct Date Of Birth is 13 Jan 2000. But In my 10th Marksheet, my Date Of Birth is 13 Jan 2001. I want to get it corrected. What is the Procedure? My CBSE regional office is CBSE Allahabad. For proof, I have a Birth Certificate. In which my correct date of birth is mentioned. What should I do? Should I go to District Court or High Court? Please help

There is an internal process of the Board for correction of Date provided you filled it correctly in the admission form. Otherwise you can get the date rectified by direction from Civil Court. Hi In this case you can change your date of birth to 13 January 2000 then you have to file an application with affidavit before the muncicipal commissioner for amendment of Date of Birth certificate(DOB). All the supported documents needs to be submitted. If you found this helpful,please rate us.
