My dad holds power of attorney for one property which is owned by his brother. His brother is not in India and is non cooperative in revocation of the POA. There is an issue with my dad's health as he does not want to hold this POA anymore. the property does not have any loans/liability and is owned by my dad's brother. Need an option to revoke the POA

Intimate the matter to the NRI Executant showing the inability to hold the POA anymore and get the matter published in the Newspaper for the sake of Notice to the General Public. Thereafter manage to send a copy of the Publication to the Executant asking him to manage the affair himself in future. It will save the purpose and will save the situation.
