I have puchase a flat (2nd Owner) in Pune Maharastra, society asking for Indemnity Bond on 1000/- Rs, for tansfering the Share certificate, is it the valid document, i need to submit to society or this is not required at all.

Ask the seller or society for rules. But you will not discuss with lawyer or do anything because then it will be more than 1000/-
