1) Value is abstract.. Concrete proof of demand/ income i.e. ITR, Bank transaction may be referred (which is rare i hope) 2) Depends on the registration of the comoany.. i.e. Sole proprietory/ partnership or limited company.. Engage a lawyer and peruse the registration papers..
