My Date Of Birth Is Wrong In All My Documents

My date of birth is wrong in all my documents including (10th Marksheet, Birth Certificate, Aadhar, PAN, Passport etc). My correct date of birth is 13-Jan-2000 but my father made it 13-Jan-2001 everywhere. Actually, my father made a fake birth certificate prescription from a doctor and then submitted it to Nagar Palika and obtained a birth certificate with the wrong date of birth. I want to correct it in all the places. Please help me. Thank You
