Need To Apply Legal Heir - Father Having 2 Names Issue

We need to sell the property of my deceased mother and wanted to apply a legal heir certificate for my father, brother and me. My father has official & unofficial names where all his own documents are registered with official names and few of our documents ( me & brother name & my mom's voter ID) are registered with my father's unofficial name. And in one of my mother's property also holds the unofficial father's name as husband of hers. How to rectify this and get our legal done for all 3 of us. Please provide a solution.
