My wife was born in Amreli in the year 1947 and she does not have her birth certificate. Nor she has any birth record. The only document available with her is her school leaving certificate, mentioning the place of birth as Amreli. We are looking for some advocate who can help us to get non avaiability certificate from the municipal authority. please advise.

Mr Pramod, There is no need to worry just File an affidavit before Concerned authorities explaing non avaikablitybof Birth Certificate prior to*Phone*Otherwise you need to file a Declaration suit in Civil Court.
