I have to join a PSU company. I have submitted my OBC-NCL certificate digitally signed by Tehsildar. As a part of document verification, I have heard the PSU would be verifying it by District Administration. Can you help me with what exactly is cross-checked by district administration? Will they only verify by checking the certificate id number. Or will the district administration again verify my "non-creamy" layer status by going through financial records of my Father's income?
