My father's official name (as per official record voters id, adhar card etc) is Joseph MC. In my CBSE 10th certificate, my father name is SAJU (unofficial name only exist in my birth certificate),as i want to change my father's name from SAJU to JOSEP MC how would I do it. As I checked the CBSE guideline it shows gazette publication for name change is required (name error only exists in my document only how would i correct it.) Or any other way to the correction. I am CBSE 2014 passout student.

Hi, In order to change your father's name from your 10th certificate, you need to visit your regional office of your respective school board with an application stating that you need to rectify the name of your father in the certificates and then the officials will tell you the further steps.
