Dear Sir, Ask the bankers to lodge complaint with police about missing of documents and on the basis of such FIR you may get duplicate of originals from the concerned offices. Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.

You may be having Photostat or Cerfieid Copies thereof. Your may also have made some representation for getting back the Original Sale Deed from the Bank. Now it is the time for you to approach the Police Authorities to make the report regarding the missing Document. Because there is every possibility that such an important document may have fallen into the wrong hands which can cause harm to you. Make a detailed representation to the local Police and also file a Civil Suit seeking directions from the Court to the Bank for return of the Document.
