1. sale agreement is usually destroyed after registration of the sale deed, 2. in the construction agreement, you can press for your name, however, it will not make any difference, 3. the person, in whose name the property is registered, is the legal and actual owner of the property.
Though You will be claiming yourself as Registered owner of the property but there will be ample proof that your husband also contributed for construction which definitely will matter in case of any dispute. need not worry if the property is registered in your name just make your husband as a witness in registration of property as safety
in Law, there is no such thing as basic document. Once the name of your husband is added in the construction documents, he becomes equal owner in the same.
