Mr.Dharamveer Singh, Since your father is not made any Will about Autorickshaw to any one of you . All your family can decide in whose name Vehicle can be transferred by a Partition Deed. Then get the Vehicle transferred into his /her name into person to whom Auto Rickshaw is allotted to. That person can sell to any one.

RTO officials will do all needful, just you approach them with all relevant documents. You may contact a local agent for this purpose.
