I have signed for an employee agreement for one year with a private company in Bangalore. If I leave the office during that period I should pay 10000 rupees for the company. If I want to leave the office I must serve 1 month notice period. This is my 12th month in the office my agreement term completes the end of this month. Can I serve notice during this month so that I can leave the office at the end of this month?

it can be tell after going through the documents if it has been mentioned that u can't drop the job before 12 months than there is separate thing

if there is specifically condition in employment agreement regarding notice than you should have to serve the same . even it will be beneficiary because the employer can deduct the amount on this ground . so give the notice
