1.you can get legal action taken against them. 2.you can withdraw your pf directly from pf department.but salary is subject their capacity because they're bankrupt. 3.you can lodge a complaint against them in tax department and pf department, esi and also labour commissioner of your area

yes you can take action against​ them and you can file a suit for you dues and they cannot sue you for breach of bond
