your friend is lia le to pay the loan send legal notice to the finance company and file criminal case against finance company and your friend and seize the vehicles your property cannot be attached

If the loan borrower not found then u r definitely liable.. but property cannot be attached if ur spouse object.. how they let u as a guarantor without verifying that?..
