I applied for loan from indiabulls and it got sanctioned on 15th of March.. however they are not giving me money stating that this area is non regularised . I know they have provided home loan to many others in same area. They are not giving me this in writing. Also they are not responding me even I did escalated to Rederresal and MD both. I am considering to take a legal action against them.. please advise..

1) File a complaint via call center (record the conversation) or via email to their customer care *Email*. and get an acknowledgement number for ur complaint.. 2) Visit Reserve Bank website https://m.rbi.org.in/Scripts/bs_viewcontent.aspx?Id=3468 and download complaint in prescribed format.. fill up and 3) Send complaint to Ombudsman for NBFC ,C/o Reserve Bank of India Sansad Marg, New Delhi - 1 through Regd post..
