    1) File a complaint via call center (record the conversation) or via email to their customer care *Email*. and get an acknowledgement number for ur complaint.. 2) Visit Reserve Bank website https://m.rbi.org.in/Scripts/bs_viewcontent.aspx?Id=3468 and download complaint in prescribed format.. fill up and 3) Send complaint to Ombudsman for NBFC ,C/o Reserve Bank of India Sansad Marg, New Delhi - 1 through Regd post..
