    21 days is their policy.. If u think u might not get even after 21days, u should do following things in order.. 1) Call to Indiabulls customer care number and lodge a claim and insist them & get reference number.. now itself 2) With that proof and after 21 days lapse file a complaint to Reserve Bank (NBFC) Division.. (mostly issue will be settle). if not 3) Send a legal notice claiming compensation for each day delay on their part. 4).. for further assistance please come for consultation...

    Dear Friend, Since your claiming transfer of your loan account to some other bank, as such the earlier bank people losing one customer. They have to explain the reasons for your transfer to another bank, to their Head Office. Usually 21 days are required to transfer loan account from one bank to another. Nicely get it transferred to SBI Bank.
