My father has 4 brothers ...land is on name of my grandfather...land comes under kanpur development association...my uncle don't want to giv share to my father so where I hv to fil partition suit...in court or in KDA? I want my share but house tax is pending if my father make it on his name his share then I hv to pay whole tax or my share in tax to make one fourth on my fathers name?
