There are some loan sharks exist in the city. Who provides money on huge interest i.e. 10% per month, while they speak very sweetly so that people should take money from them, after that if not able to pay interest for few months i.e. in a lockdown they started threatening and harassing What could be the solution? Any legal help.

Since the loanee enters into a Legal and valid Agreement with them and that document is legally executable all are helpless. But being a registered money lending practice they have to adhere to the settled norms as established by RBI.
