Lost Money Because Of Financial Advisory Firm

I am Pradeep, from Noida. I have joined financial advisory services from a firm based out Indore and they took 1 lakh for service and promised me 4 lakh profit in one month over the call and after joining the services they gave me a wrong call for trading and I lost around 2 lakh rupees because of that. I have already filed a complaint on SEBI and didn't get any solution on this. So decided to take a court help on this.
