Need Suggestions For Cash Loan

We got Cash loan from neighbors to run our small restaurant and paid more than loan value as interest. To Some persons we have paid 200% to 480% as interest. We got more loss and closed our business. Currently my son is earning from job for our routine expenses and not having anything to repay loan value. Please help us to do next.
