Your certificate should go to your bank or pension distributing authority. Pls check if you receive SMS for generation of certificate. Please go to Jeevan Praman website and read FAQ for pensioners. Call and send email to your bank and ask for confirmation for digitally receipt of your certificate. Contact the service centre from where you generate certificate for further help.

Please contact Higher Officers of Bank and take their advise. Further life certificate can also be filed before concerned Treasury Office. They will condone the delay filing life certificate and release and regularize the pension.

You can submit the same in Jaipur. On Jeevan Praman portal locate the centre near you and they will help.

Don't presume that they won't pay you. Please submit the life certificate at the earliest. Now you can submit the same online also on Jeevan Praman portal. Even after your submitting the certificate if you don't get pension then you may file complaint.
