Regarding FSSAI License Registration

I have a mobile app that allows street vendors & hawkers to sell food directly to customers. I am NOT involved in food manufacturing, storage, packaging, distribution, or delivery of those food items. I understand that these street food vendors need to register with FSSAI. But, I am not involved till the last mile delivery to the customer. I need guidance if I need to be FSSAI compliant. If I need to be compliant, then in what context. If FSSAI does a mandatory audit on any of my premises or processes, then they won't find any food related items. It's like a road developer (platform) who doesn't need to be FSSAI compliant just because a street food vendor sells food on his street. I provide a similar kind of platform for street vendors. Kindly help.
