My friend has purchased an insurance policy in the nominee was his daughter, but unfortunately, his daughter is dead last year itself, but he forgot to change the nominee few days back he is also no more. How we can claim the insurance if policy holder and nominee also death.

Maximum Not possible instead you have applied more than one nominee it is possible usually now a days maximum of 3 nominee is possible like this issues. maximum it should be done immediately changed if else it is not possible......or consult an Insurance lawyers
