IRDA APPROVED SURVEYOR POSSESSING SERIOUS OFFENCES AS FOUND INVOLVED IN BIG SCAM

An IRDA approved surveyor prepared False / Fake valuation reports because of which a scam of approx. One Crore happened in Indusind Bank.The bank immedieately lodged FIR against that IRDA approved surveyor & serious offences of 120-B+406+420+467+468 were imposed by the Hon'ble Court on that surveyor. All the general insurance companies [ four goverment insurance companies ] blacklisted that surveyor & stopped alloting survey jobs to him but because of intimacy of that IRDA approved surveyor with a officer of a goverment general insurance company, he[ that surveyor ] is getting survey jobs only in that company.When any person like me asks the manager of that company who is allotting the survey jobs about the serious offences imposed on that surveyor+having FIR against that surveyor, the manager replies that as the offences are on the surveyor but the decision of court is pending although all the other general insurance companies have blacklisted to that surveyor.What should I do against that officer who is allotting the survey jobs to such a person who possess SERIOUS OFFENCES.
