Leave Of Absence From Health Insurance Policy, For A Trip Abroad

I have a valid Health Insurance Policy from National Insurance India Limited. I have plans to be away from India for 3 to forth. I believe I won’t be entitled to any benefits under the said policy for the period, I would be away from India. My question is, whether I am entitled for any LEAVE from the policy, I have taken; meaning, whether my policy cover could be extended for a period, I would be away from India.
