Liability Insurance

I am a director of a Private Limited Company from Chennai. Doing gold chit. Every month collect money from my customers, buy gold in the market, store it in a insured safety vault and at the end of the year give the entire gold to my customer and charge nominal fees for this service. Now till I handover the gold to my customer, their money is unsecured for them and it's with me. So it's risk for my customer. Is there any insurance for this risk? so that I can take that insurance and if something happened to me or my company, they can get their money from insurance company.
