my car got fired due to mechanical issue. i have insurance with RSA. the surveyor did survey and gave provisional approval via email and after a month they are rejecting claim citing modified wiring. can i file complaint directly in court(if so whom i should i server notice) or i have to go to their grievance cell and IRDA and then consumer court.
