Don't worry, last year IRDA law is amended and it is insurer duty to reject claim within 3 years.. u can lodge claim on (no knowledge ground).. if they rejects, file online complaint to IRDA through its website. u can track the status.. Even they also not turned up, u can file Consumer case and definitely succeed, if otherwise proper.. Come to consultation if u need more..

There is limitation to claim maturity or otherwise amounts in respect of LIC bonds. You may file a suit before a Civil Court stating your difficulties in approaching the court in all this year. The Court will consider grounds for delay and pass necessary orders in respect of your claim.
