Refund From Aditya Birla Insurance

How do I get refund and compensation from Aditya Birla Insurance? They provided no proper information regarding my policy their customer care accepts that the policy will not be shown in any of their site. They asked me to renew the policy after the policy was lapsed I termed them to confirm that the policy will be in active state after the renewal, they confirmed via mail the same. It has been 2 weeks since then and I have not received any email regarding my policy renewal and neither is the company replying to my emails.
