UAE Labour And Financial Crime Law And Court Cases In Dubai, Wants Legal Help

i have been working in Dubai for last 17 years and i resigned from my company in FY 2017 and at the time of resignation the company 's ownership was changed and they withheld my resignation pending investigation in the financials, after 1 year of investigation they finaly released me last year -2018. Now one of the ex employee of the company who also has resigned is threatning me with a court case in Dubai for Financial fraud in the old company in FY 2015- 2016. Kindly advise
