What If A Person Is Being Mentally Tortured By Society!!

hi sir I am Bhushan, a friend of mine having a problem and now he wants me to ask you about a problem he is facing from many years. actually when he was kid he was little bit weak in study and school. on his 4th day of school is another friend started bullied on him. this has been happening with him till 12th standard. he has successfully best his 12th standard exam. he left the school to join college. same thing happen over there by his college mate and teachers and that's why he lost his education. losing of his career affected him so badly that's why he started to isolate himself from people. after some years he told his dad to purchase form for him so that he can earn money. his father invested all money purchasing farm. after for purchasing farm, neighbour of his farm started behaving unusually because they know he has lost his education. they think that he is Nerd. and creating problem to do work and farming on his own farm. please remember farming is only way for him to earn money. because you already have lost his education and he has no skills. and it is almost impossible for him to sell farm, because he lost all skills due to isolation. he can't complain to government or local authorities because they can not monitor on him where he is being mentally tortured. he has taken little bit debt from banks. but he doesn't need any financial support from government, you just want to earn money but he can't. so what should he do? chudi leave country and take asylum to another country? I mean what he should do in this situation?
