What Should Person Do If He Is Being Mentally Tortured By Society.

Hi sir I am Bhushan from India, A friend of mine having big problem from more than one and half decade.. and now it's becoming more worse. And he wants me to ask questions about international laws. It's very hard to explain that but I am gonna tell you in very short. He is very hard working friend of mine. I know him from childhood because he is my classmate. since of 4th day of 1st standard in school he is having problem that he has been bullied by his classmates because he was weak in study. And this is continued with him till he reaches to 12th standard. Then he successfully passed 12th standard. Then he joined college and same thing happened with him over there too. He has been bullied by his college mates and teachers and unfortunately he has ended his education. He Got a big mental shock, he has isolated himself for many years from people. A mental shock created some problem, he went to psychiatrist and told him sign and symptoms he is facing. Then he has diagnosed with obsessive compulsive. Then he knew that why he was weak in study or school. He has taken his medications for 8 years. After that he has decided to over come on his disease. and he successfully overcame on his disease and lost the addiction of pillls. And now he is absolutely out from disorder and addiction of his pills. Thentold his dad to buy a farm so that he can earn money. His father invested he is life long earning to buy 9 acres of farm and taken little bit debt from banks. Actually he has no qualification and skills that he can do other job due to effects of isolation from people. He can't even remember things well, Isolation created major problem for him that he cannot remember things properly that's why he has written notes in notebook that how to do farming? still hard for him to remember some things due to isolation. that's why he forced his father to buy farm. He lives 8 kilometre away from village where he purchased a farm. Actually that village is his grandfather's village. everybody know that he has left his education. His villagers that he is Nerd. But the main problem is after purchasing a farm he is neighbour of farms started unusual behaviour with him. They started psychological torture same like he has been tortured by his mates from many years in school and college. And it is impossible for him to sell his property because it is the only way to earn money for him. He never want to lose it any conditions. Hasn't sown anything in his farm. And he is still being tortured by all village people. I asked him why don't he complain about peoples who are torturing him, he said me that he cannot complain about people to local authorities or Indian government because they cannot monitor him each and every time with whether he is being mentally tortured by people or not. Then I asked him why don't you shift to the another part of India? Then he told me that he has purchased 9 acres of farm in $100,000 in village. And if you try to purchase 9 acres farms outside of village, it will cost $300,000. And he can't afford it. Another reason that his cousin little bit monitor on him so that he shouldn't be tortured. But the problem is his family I mean his lady threatening him to interfere in my friend's matter. Nobody wants to work in his farm unfortunately his farm became dumping ground. And I know sir 3 or 4 acre farm cannot support a family. I can give you precise location of his farm so you can watch the weather it is true or not. He wants me to ask
