I am used book seller, amazon lost my one shipment having 44 books. In reimbursement, amazon gave back only Rs. 1500, the actual books cost around Rs. 44000. They are asking all sorts of nonsense questions as plz produce invoices of purchase and their policies terms and conditions is what they have paid. What should I do?
