Contractor/Owner Asking To Vacate Forcibly

Rented house is managed by some contractor. So far in 5 months, these things have happened: - he never cleans the water-tank, we get dirty water in the tap. I made a video. He said no one dared send him a video like this and water will be like this clean always. He can give house to anyone by charging 50% extra rent. From that day he kept on bringing new people every week to show the house. After a few times I refused to let stranger in my house. - He said If I want agreement then I should make one myself and sign it myself. - Since I am salaried person, I don't get cash. After giving cash first 3 months, I told him to get UPI and he sends me a different mobile number each month to send the rent to. - This month he asked me to vacate. He said he will get 50% extra rent from new tenants. I told him it's fine. Just give me till October. Now he comes at my door and fights with me every day. What is the legal situation here? Can he forcibly vacate me out? Can he file FIR?
