hello Sir IF the landlord is not ready to extend the agreement nor ready to renew it then you can'nt do anything. You cant force him to rent his property. Although you have all right to claim back the security amount. if the land lord is not returning then you could file a suit against him in the civil court to claim back the security. Also initiate with sending a legal notice through a lawyer to either renew the agreement or return the security deposit otherwise you would initiate legal action against him. Thanks.
