Hello Sir As the eviction suit is still on going it would be suggested instead of filing a criminal complaint you must raise this issue in the court in the next hearing and also ask the court to stop construction and direct the tenant to evict the property in the condition it was while renting otheriwise pay for all the repair work needed.
