my father owns a commercial shop which is given to Tenant in year 2004 my father took ground to evict tenant under section 9(j) Rajasthan rent control and produces total 2 property ownership of documents and one tenants other shop which is also on rent all above 3 property are holding by tenant other than our property from the year 1990,1996 and 2003 respectively now in final argument opposite advocate is saying that yes my client who is tenant holding above all 3 property other than landlord property but all three properties are with tenant before he took property on rent with my landlord which judge accepted and gave an unfavorable decision against my Father. now should we appeal or nor or If yes than what ruillings/citations we produce before appealing court. please help 9772064000
