Private Medical College Fee Hike

Recently NEET SS exam was held at national level.. During the 1st round of counselling i was allotted mamata medical college khammam at my rank of 200. I had put this college as its fees was 7.5lakh & was given admission at this fees. Then after 8days i got a call that the fees is now 25lakh & i have to pay the remaining fees now.. due to this fee hike, no seat upgradation occured in second round of counselling.. & now i have to suffer this problem despite being at a good merit rank.. wha
