Besides you cannot claim share/maintenance from ur father in law while ur husband alive.. And being a muslim ur rights are very limited and share in Father in law property at the time of Talaq is virtually impossible.. better insist for a permanent alimony settlement..

No property rights if maintenance is given.. Your daughter gets inheritance right and gets her share but cannot make it now.. she can claim share/ partition only after the death of ur Father in law and husband..

Dear Sir, You should have asked only one composite question instead of several questions. Wife has no right to claim share in the properties of husband and father-in-law. Instead of undergoing mental torture just pay her lumpsum amount and get mutual divorce.

i have already answered.if you have received the amount as total alimony relinquishing rights over the property you cannot demand. you being muslim governed by personal law as hindus you cannot demand partition while the head of the family alive. succession will open in mohammadan law after the death of the head of the family.

if the maintenance is paid with a condition as total alimony she can't demand any amount from husband apart from property. quantum of amount can't be assured it depends upon the day to day expenditure and cost of living
