My self mahesh 5 yrs back i accepted Islam I have 3 children's in the discharge paper my old name has been writtened so I didn't applyed birth certificate of my children's My question is how to change my name how to apply my new name in children's birth certificate, how to change my new name in the I'd proofs even my misses.
