Indian Muslim Inheritance Law

We are Indian Muslim Family, having 3 Brothers and 3 Sister, My father had a house in his name and had bought few properties in every brother's name, when he was alive, and after his demise my brothers promised us that they will give share and took a GIFT DEED from all 3 sisters of the house which was in my father's name almost 10 years ago and rest all the properties were bought by my father (when he was alive) and registered directly from the seller in favour of my brothers name, each property in each brothers name. 1. As promised our brothers are NOT giving share of all 3 sisters now. how can we claim on the property which we gave the GIFT DEED . 2. Can we claim on the properties which our father bought when he was alive and registered them on my brother's name.
