Hi, Article 195 in Mulla's Book states that every Muslim with mature mind who has attained the puberty can contract marriage. The age of 15 years is presumed to attainted the puberty. The marriage will be legal. If you find it helpful, kindly rate my answer. Thank You
The 2006 PCM Act sets the legal age for marriage at18 years for girls and 21 years for boys. However,Muslim personal law allows marriage if the boy and the girl have attained puberty, which is presumed once they are both 15 years of age if you like my answer please rate me
